Privacy Policy. Last updated: 30 September 2026. This policy explains what personal data Matangi Studio collects when you visit this website or contact us, why we collect it, and what your rights are.
Matangi Studio is a graphic design studio based in Kaunas, Lithuania. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at studio.matangi@gmail.com or +370 640 23954.
When you write to us by email, through the contact form or by phone, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name and the details of your project. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited so the site can be delivered and kept secure.
We use your data to answer your enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver design services, send invoices, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. The legal bases are your request to take steps before entering into a contract, the performance of a contract, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running and securing this website. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
We only share data with service providers that help us run the studio, such as our website host (Webflow), email provider and accounting tools, and only as far as needed for them to do their work. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up questions. Client project and invoicing records are kept for the period required by Lithuanian accounting and tax law. After that they are deleted or anonymised.
This website only uses the cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to work. If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy of it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, email us at studio.matangi@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page together with the date it was last updated.
