Matangi Studio provides graphic design services such as branding, logo design, UX/UI design, print and social media design, and video. Each project starts with a written quote or agreement that describes the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

Payment terms are set out in each quote or agreement. Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice. We may pause work on a project while an invoice is overdue.

To keep projects on schedule, the client provides the information, materials and feedback we ask for on time, and confirms that any content they supply (texts, images, logos) can be legally used in the project.

The number of revision rounds included in a project is stated in the quote. Additional revisions or changes of direction after approval may be charged at the studio's hourly rate.

Once the final invoice has been paid in full, the client receives the usage rights to the final approved deliverables as described in the agreement. Until then, all work remains the property of Matangi Studio. Unused concepts, drafts and source files remain with the studio unless agreed otherwise.

Unless the client asks us in writing not to, Matangi Studio may show the finished work in its portfolio, on its website and on social media.

We work carefully and professionally, but we cannot guarantee specific business results from a design. To the extent permitted by law, the studio's liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

Either party may end a project by written notice. The client pays for the work completed up to the date of cancellation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes will first be discussed in good faith and, if not resolved, brought before the competent courts of Lithuania.
